Design and Planning

Consultation: Engage with a professional pool builder to discuss your requirements, preferences, and budget.

Site Assessment: Evaluate the proposed location for accessibility, soil conditions, and compliance with local regulations.

Design Finalization: Create detailed plans, including dimensions, features (like spas, waterfalls, lighting), and finishes.

Permitting and Approvals

Council Approval: Submit plans to local authorities for approval, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and safety standards.

Utility Checks: Verify the location of underground utilities to avoid conflicts during excavation.

Excavation

Marking the Area: Outline the pool's dimensions on the ground.

Digging: Excavate the site to the required depth and shape.

Spoil Removal: Remove excavated material from the site.

Formwork and Steel Reinforcement

Formwork Installation: Set up wooden or steel forms to define the pool's shape.

Reinforcement: Install steel rebar or mesh to reinforce the concrete structure.

Plumbing and Electrical

Plumbing: Install pipes for skimmers, drains, jets, and other water features.

Electrical: Lay conduits for lighting, pumps, and other electrical components.

Shotcrete Application

Spraying Concrete: Apply a thick layer of shotcrete (sprayed concrete) over the reinforcement.

Curing: Allow the concrete to cure for 28 days to achieve optimal strength.

Tiling and Coping

Tiling: Apply waterproof tiles to the pool's interior surfaces.

Coping: Install coping stones around the pool's edge.

Decking and Landscaping

Decking: Construct surrounding decks using materials like timber, stone, or pavers.

Landscaping: Plant vegetation and install features like fences, lighting, and water features.

Filling and Balancing

Filling: Fill the pool with water.

Balancing: Adjust the water chemistry to ensure proper pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels.

Final Inspection and Handover

Inspection: Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure all systems function correctly.

Handover: Provide the homeowner with maintenance guidelines and warranty information
